1. I attended the first batch of ELPCC from July to October 2025.

It was a profound experience, as it covered themes ranging from classroom management to mental wellbeing to neurodiversity in education, to active learning and all other aspects of teaching and leadership in education.

What was equally impressive was the range of experts gathered to conduct sessions of their expertise.

I’ve already implemented the learnings in my classes; for example a very good session of thinking routines has become a part of my teaching style now.

I highly recommend this course to teachers, educational leaders and aspiring leaders!

2. Attending the ELPCC, 3½-month online course has been an enriching and truly valuable learning experience for me. Throughout the duration of the program, I have gained not only new knowledge but also a deeper understanding of effective teaching strategies and classroom management techniques. The content was well-structured, engaging, and highly relevant to current educational practices.

The trainers were absolutely amazing. Their passion, expertise, and dedication made each session inspiring and meaningful. They provided clear explanations, practical examples, and constant encouragement, which made learning enjoyable and effective. I truly appreciate their guidance, continuous support, and the way they created a positive learning environment where everyone felt motivated to participate and grow. 

This course has greatly enhanced my confidence as a teacher. I have learned several innovative strategies that I am eager to implement in my classroom to make learning more interactive, student-centered, and impactful. The discussions, activities, and resources shared have given me new perspectives on how to improve student engagement and foster critical thinking.

Overall, it has been extremely helpful for my professional growth. It has equipped me with practical tools, valuable insights, and fresh ideas that will certainly benefit both my teaching approach and my students’ learning experiences. I am grateful for the opportunity to be a part of this journey and sincerely thank the trainers and organizers for their exceptional effort in making this course a success.

3. Thank you so much Laiba for letting me be the part of ELP online course. Although it felt a burden at first, attending a 2 to 3 hour online class that too on a weekend, little did I know that I will be meeting some very influential and humble educators from all over the world , who have good expertise, great deal of knowledge at hand, impressive credentials, and most importantly, a keen interest in sharing all this knowledge with us, for the well-being of the development of our children. Not exaggerating, I felt honored, inspired and blessed. Just listening to these people left me in awe. The knowledge I gained was immense. From Neuro divergent learning and use of AI in classrooms, to story writing and qualities of a good leader, I learnt it all.

 It was a course I would highly recommend not to everyone, but to all those souls, who are searching for true knowledge and wisdom regarding leadership, and truly want to make their mark in the field of education.

4. Jazak Allahu Khair for this wonderful course. Alhamdulillah, I had last week received my certificate and its worth it! I really enjoyed the experience — it was meaningful, engaging, professional and honestly very refreshing. 1. Why ELP?

The Education Leadership Program is more than a course — it’s a journey of personal and professional transformation. Designed to nurture reflective, ethical, and visionary educators, ELP prepares its participants to lead with heart, skill, and purpose in the 21st-century educational landscape.

2. How can I apply or register for the Education Leadership Program (ELP)?

To apply for ELP:

• Complete the online registration form (the application link will be shared)
• Shortlisted applicants will be invited for an individual interview to discuss their goals and readiness for the program
• Selected candidates will then receive confirmation along with onboarding and program details.
• 3. Is the Education Leadership Program free of cost?

Yes. The Education Leadership Program (ELP) is completely free of cost, as it is sponsored by The ILM Foundation to support professional growth in education.

However, participants who successfully complete the program and wish to receive the official Skill Development Council (SDC) certification are required to pay a mandatory certification fee of PKR 2,000. This fee covers certificate processing, printing, and dispatch by the Skill Development Council.

4. Will participants receive personal mentoring?

Yes. ELP emphasizes individual feedback, personal mentoring, and guided development, enabling participants to create a personal leadership development plan.

5. Will session recordings be available if I miss a class?

Yes. Audio recordings of each session will be uploaded after the class, and participants will be provided with access links to review the session content.
