Selection Criteria

To ensure a committed and compatible cohort, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Graduate OR Masters
• Submission of a complete online application form.
• Successful interview assessing motivation, alignment with course goals, and professional background.

Certification

Upon successful completion of the program, participants will receive a recognized certificate awarded by the Skill Development Centre, a government body of Sindh. This certificate formally endorses your mastery of empowered teaching practices and leadership readiness.

Certification & Administrative Fee

• Certificate Awarding Body:Skill Development Centre, Government of Sindh
• Course Fee:Free (fully sponsored by The Ilm Foundation)
• Certificate Fee:PKR 2,000 (covers processing, printing, and dispatch by the government body)
