The Education Leadership Program (ELP) is a transformative advanced certification course designed to empower educators through values-based leadership, pedagogical excellence, and a deep understanding of holistic student development. The program blends global best practices with time-tested pedagogical principles to strengthen the capacity of educators to lead meaningful and sustainable change in modern learning environments.

This structured program aims to advance growth from personal mastery to strategic leadership. Participants will engage in reflective learning, collaborative projects, and practical applications that enhance both individual competence and organizational impact.

Eligibility Criteria

To enroll in the Education Leadership Program:

• Minimum academic requirement: Bachelor’s degree (Graduate), Master’s, or MPhil
• Professional experience: At least 2+ years of teaching, mentorship, coordination, or educational leadership experience

Preferably serving in a leadership or instructional role within educational settings.

Certification & Requirements

Participants who successfully complete the program will become eligible for certification from the Skill Development Council (SDC) — a government-recognized body in Pakistan, with its certifications also acknowledged nationally and internationally for skill-based professional development.

The program itself is offered free of cost; however, participants must meet the certification criteria outlined below to receive the official certificate.

• Minimum 75% attendance across all program sessions
• Active participation in class discussions and learning activities
• Submission and completion of assigned tasks and reflective exercises
• Completion of all required assignments as per program guidelines
• A certification fee of PKR 2,000 per participant, payable to receive the official Skill Development Council certificate

2. Attending the ELPCC, 3½-month online course has been an enriching and truly valuable learning experience for me. Throughout the duration of the program, I have gained not only new knowledge but also a deeper understanding of effective teaching strategies and classroom management techniques. 3. Thank you so much Laiba for letting me be the part of ELP online course. Although it felt a burden at first, attending a 2 to 3 hour online class that too on a weekend, little did I know that I will be meeting some very influential and humble educators from all over the world , who have good expertise, great deal of knowledge at hand, impressive credentials, and most importantly, a keen interest in sharing all this knowledge with us, for the well-being of the development of our children. 2. How can I apply or register for the Education Leadership Program (ELP)?

To apply for ELP:

• Complete the online registration form (the application link will be shared)
• Shortlisted applicants will be invited for an individual interview to discuss their goals and readiness for the program
• Selected candidates will then receive confirmation along with onboarding and program details

3. Is the Education Leadership Program free of cost?

Yes. The Education Leadership Program (ELP) is completely free of cost, as it is sponsored by The ILM Foundation to support professional growth in education.

However, participants who successfully complete the program and wish to receive the official Skill Development Council (SDC) certification are required to pay a mandatory certification fee of PKR 2,000. This fee covers certificate processing, printing, and dispatch by the Skill Development Council.

4. Will participants receive personal mentoring?

Yes. ELP emphasizes individual feedback, personal mentoring, and guided development, enabling participants to create a personal leadership development plan.

5. Will session recordings be available if I miss a class?

Yes. Audio recordings of each session will be uploaded after the class, and participants will be provided with access links to review the session content.
