The Ilm Foundation (TIF) is seeking two dedicated and experienced Brand Managers to join our team. As Brand Managers, you will play a crucial role in managing day-to-day marketing operations, implementing brand strategies, and increasing brand awareness among the general public, donors, and the global audience. You will be responsible for driving the growth of TIF’s programs, managing agency relationships, and executing marketing initiatives across various channels. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute brand strategies to enhance TIF’s visibility and increase brand awareness.
  • Manage agency relationships and oversee branding, social media management, and other marketing operations such as budgeting etc.
  • Devise and implement marketing campaigns to attract new donors, increase the donor base, and maximize fundraising efforts.
  • Conduct donor research to identify potential donors and develop targeted engagement strategies.
  • Analyze data and generate insights to inform marketing strategies, optimize campaigns, and measure the impact of marketing efforts.
  • Monitor and report on marketing performance across various platforms, including digital (website, social media) and conventional (TV, radio, print).
  • Manage website and social media content to ensure consistency, relevance, and engagement with the target audience.
  • Engage with schools and educational institutions to increase penetration of TIF programs, such as Mutala e Quran, teacher training, and storytelling initiatives.
  • Increase reach and awareness of TIF’s Learning Management System (LMS) and self-paced courses on Mutala e Quran for a global audience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop new avenues, such as a mobile app, to expand TIF’s offerings and reach a wider audience.
  • Contribute to product development by identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation in TIF’s programs and services.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in brand management, preferably in the non-profit sector or educational organizations.
  • Strong command of brand strategy development and execution.
  • Proficiency in analytics and reporting, with the ability to derive meaningful insights from data.
  • Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of fundraising strategies and experience in donor research and engagement.
  • Familiarity with the education sector, particularly in private schools, is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Proactive mindset, creative thinking, and a strong drive to make a positive impact in the community.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
